Who can use Twotell

• You must be 18 or older. You confirm this before you play.
• Only invite adults to play with you.
• If we find out, or are told, that someone under 18 is playing, we may end the game and delete its data.

What Twotell is

Twotell is an entertainment game. It is not relationship counselling, therapy, or legal, medical or financial advice. Scores, AI readings and Petty Court verdicts are for fun, can be wrong, and should never be used to make a real decision about a relationship or anything else.

If a situation involves abuse, control or threats, or you feel unsafe, please talk to people who can really help. You can find a helpline for your country at findahelpline.com.

Playing with other people

• Only play with people you know and who have agreed to play.
• The other player sees your first name. After you both finish, you see each other's answers, guesses and scores.
• Use your own first name. Don't use someone else's name, or a name meant to insult or mislead.

Crush mode

• Your name is always shown to the person you send a Crush link to. You can't send one anonymously.
• You can send up to 3 Crush links per day.
• Don't send a Crush link to someone who has told you no, who has blocked you, or who you have reason to think doesn't want to hear from you.
• The person who receives a link can block or report you at any time.

What you must not do

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, stalk or pressure anyone
• write or enter sexual or explicit content, or anything involving a person under 18
• share other people's private information
• pretend to be someone else
• use bots or scripts, or try to get around limits, bot checks or security
• try to break, probe or overload Twotell
• fake invites or abuse the referral system
• use Twotell for anything illegal

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and choose. You give us permission to store it, process it, show it to the other player and send it to our AI providers, only as needed to run Twotell. We delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't enter anything you don't have the right to share.

Reports, blocks and enforcement

You can report or block someone from within a game. We don't read private games in advance, and we can't promise to catch everything. We act on reports and on automated safety checks. We aim to look at reports within 24 hours. We may hide, end or delete a game, block a device, or stop someone's access if these terms are broken or someone may be at risk.

If a report says someone under 18 is playing, we end the game and delete its data.

Twotell Pro

• Pro unlocks extra packs and features. What is included is shown in the app.
• Pro belongs to your account (email sign-in), not just to a browser.
• If you have Pro, the other player can play Pro packs in games you start.
• Founding Spots are limited to 1,000. A Founding Spot gives you Pro for life, which means for as long as Twotell operates. Spots can be earned or, when we open them, bought.
• You earn a spot when 5 people you invite, each on a new device, create their own Truth Lock or Petty Court game through your invite link and their partner finishes it. Crush links never count. We reject self-invites and fake invites, and we can remove Pro that was gained that way.
• A Founding Spot is not given back if you delete your account or lose Pro. The number of spots left shown in the app is the real number.
• When Pro is for sale, the price is shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and Dodo's buyer terms apply to your purchase, including taxes. Purchases are not refundable, except where the law or Dodo's buyer terms require a refund. If a payment is refunded or reversed, Pro is removed and the spot is not given back.
• If we offer monthly or yearly plans, they renew until you cancel. Email [email protected] to cancel or manage a plan.

Changes and availability

Twotell is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or end any feature, or the whole service. If we end the service, we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

We don't promise that Twotell will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other players do or say. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including rights you may have as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Twotell at any time and delete your games. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India can hear disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. If you keep using Twotell after a change, you accept the new terms. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app or by email where we can.
