The five steps

A full round takes about a minute for each person.

• Pick a mode and a pack. Truth Lock is the main game for couples.
• Answer five questions about yourself, one at a time, with four options each.
• After each answer, guess what your partner will pick.
• Send them the link. They open it in their browser, confirm they are 18 or older and add a first name.
• When you have both finished, both sets of answers and your scores appear on both screens at once.

Two scores, not one

The Sync Score counts how many of the five questions you answered the same way. You share it.

The Mind-Read Score counts how many of your partner's answers you guessed right. Each of you gets your own, so one of you may read the other better. Neither score is a verdict on your relationship. They are a reason to talk.

Sending the link

Your partner does not need an account, an app or a card. Any messaging app works for sending the link, and you can play from different places.

If they never finish, nothing is shown to anyone. Your answers stay locked and private, and the game deletes itself 30 days after it was created. While you wait you can try practice mode, which nobody else sees.

Three ways to play

• Truth Lock: the main game for couples. Both of you answer and guess, and both of you see the results.
• Crush: a gentle way to find out if someone likes you back. You see a result only if you both say yes.
• Petty Court: a lighthearted case about a small disagreement. You each write your side privately, and Judge Petty, an AI, rules once for both of you.

What stays private

Nobody sees your answers until you have both finished. Your choices are stored as option letters, not as text. We collect your first name, your answers and, only if you choose to give it, your email.

Everyone confirms they are 18 or older before playing, and content stays flirty at most, never explicit. You can delete a game at any time with the Delete this game now button.
